Before a heater is put under contract the heater must be verified by one of American Service Dept's certified HVAC Tech's to be in proper working order
Heater verification and cleaning is included with each contract: In Order to Confirm that the Heater is in Proper Running Order- Includes: efficiency check of burner includes: vacuum cleaning, inspect and set electrodes, replace nozzle, check base of chimney, check fan and air intake, check cartridge in oil line filter, lubricate motors, clean and test electrical oil burner controls, adjust burner to proper air-oil ratio, examine for proper fusing, examine belts, pulley and couplings, inspect smoke pipe and seal clean out openings, and adjust draft regulator.
All heaters must have oil filter complete for contract to be effective!
